Queridos alumnos, Siempre hay que saber cuando una etapa llega a su fin, saber cómo cerrar ciclos, cuándo terminar capítulos; no importa el nombre que le demos, lo que importa es dejar en el pasado los momentos de la vida que ya se han acabado, pero también hay que recordar que el estar ausente no anula el recuerdo, y que el no estar juntos no significa olvidar lo vivido y compartido. Esta historia inicia desde muy pequeñitos cuando ingresan Juan Pablo y Renata a Lomas Hill Santa Fe y Miguel a Interlomas, se anexa al sueño en Kinder 3 Emma, Randy y Emmanuel y poco a poco llegamos a primaria para seguir fortaleciendo nuestros lazos con la llegada de Diego, Eduardo, Majo, Alex, André, Sofi, Ander y Pablo para continuar creciendo en nuestra adolescencia recibiendo a Andrés, Alan, Lau y a Camila para hoy ser una gran familia.  Hoy deben cerrar esta etapa para seguir creciendo como personas y como los grandes seres humanos en los que hoy se han convertido….. ¡sí!, ya no tendrán que escu

Model United Nations took place in our school in the past week.   For two complete days our Middle School students had the opportunity of learning from this experience and of showing our school community what they are capable of and the true challenges that they have had to overcome during their years at Lomas Hill. “Model United Nations, also known as Model UN or MUN, is an educational simulation and academic activity in which students can learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations. MUN involves and teaches participants speaking, debating, and writing skills, in addition to critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership capabilities. Participants in Model United Nations conferences, known as delegates, are placed in committees and assigned countries to represent, or occasionally other organizations or political figures, where they represent members of that body. “Good morning Delegates, Chairmen, Moderators, Secretaries, General Secretary and President of the MUN conference of 2019. It is an honor to direct the welcoming speech for those of you involved.  Being part of the MUN conference allows you to put into practice various life-long skills, such as leadership, research, team work, public speaking, argumenting, debating, analysing, synthesising and most importantly, it opens your eyes to different perspectives of a same situation around the world. You, the leaders of tomorrow, have the chance of solving issues that our world is going through today. Please show what you are made of in order to overcome the conference and stand out.
