My UK Experience

When I knew about this trip, I was really interested. As time went by and the trip approached, I became more nervous because the truth is that it is very difficult for me to be without my parents. It was my first time without my parents on a long trip. When we arrived at the airport I began to worry and I felt bad because I was going to miss my parents so much.

The first 3 days of the trip were very difficult for me, every night I thought about my parents and I was sad. Then I learned that you always have to enjoy what we have, no matter how, or when, or where. The important thing is that you have a good time with the people you love. Every day you have to sleep at 11:00 PM and you need to wake up at 7:30 AM because the breakfast starts at 8:00. In this camp, we did many activities that made my sorrows and worries go away. We went to a lot of places, what I liked the most was when we went to a football match. We visited the Harry Potter Wizarding World. Not all the time was playing, running, etc. Also, we had 3 classes of 45 minutes each between each class we had a 15-minute break.

In these classes I learned a lot of British English. The food of the summer school is not always delicious, but most of the food is very good. I like it a lot! In the boy’s and girl’s house you can play ping pong, little football, you can play the piano, etc.

So you don’t get bored in your free time.

The truth is that this trip changed my life, made me more responsible and more self-sufficient. I wouldn’t change anything of this trip, because on this trip a knew more friends from Mexico and also of Spain, Italy, Japan, etc. I will never forget this experience. I want to thank my parents because of all the effort they did so I could have this incredible trip. Also, I want to thank all the friends that support me on the trip. All the effort was worth it. Thank you!
